Our technical team will review your request to ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original KBDfans packaging, including all switches, stabilizers, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Refund
Ship the package to our designated warehouse using a tracked service; once inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
