All-In-One Thin-Type Finger Vein Module
This Finger Scanner Module is a biometric device that uses infrared imaging to capture the unique vein patterns within a finger, providing reliable authentication. Unlike traditional fingerprint sensors, it reads internal vein structures, making it effective even for individuals with unclear or missing fingerprints.
Built to industrial-grade standards, the module’s exposed components are rated IP56 for water resistance. Its connections are compatible with standard fingerprint industry protocols, making adding it to your existing projects so much easier. The module’s adaptable algorithm supports both standard fingerprint and proprietary protocols. Additionally, it has strong anti-interference, functioning effectively in environments with light levels up to 30,000 lux.
It has a built-in Cortex processor, supports UART communication and provides USB connectivity (using the included cable and adapter) without the need for additional drivers, allowing you to add this to a range of different projects using a Raspberry Pi, laptop, and many others!
Features
- Slim handle smart lock finger vein module with a mounting thickness of 13.5mm
- High-precision integrated all-in-one design, only reserved one connector for host devices, high design reliability
- Based on SOC microcontroller system architecture, with high computing efficiency of the finger vein algorithm kernel engine
- The standby power consumption is less than 2uA, working power consumption is less than 43.0mA, and the power-up response time is less than 20ms, making it one of the products with excellent energy efficiency optimisation in the industry
- Fully enclosed design, without any exposed components except for a wiring connector, and the waterproof level reaches IP56. Conforms to industrial-grade Triple-Proof standards, and the waterproof level of the exposed part is as high as IP66
- The module interface is compatible with the fingerprint industry standard, more convenient for integration and development
- The module algorithm features adaptability and supports both fingerprint protocol and private protocol
- Strong anti-interference capability, supports use in environments below 30000LUX
