40mm 12V Fan
Some of our lovely customers asked us to stock 12V fans so that they could stay up until 3AM crafting hacky cooling shrouds and solutions for their 12V 3D printers and other such devices. And who are we to force you to end your day at a sensible hour?
So here we are – a 12V 40mm fan! This compact air-pusher might be small but it shifts a surprisingly decent amount of air. That doesn’t come for free though, it’s noisy (most small fans are), like “I don’t want to sit in the same room as this damn thing” noisy.
If you have some kind of voltage/current controller, it might be a good idea to limit how much this little fan can have. Now then, don’t go leaving a 1-star review about the noise – we warned you!
The fan comes with the two wires terminated in a pretty standard 2.54mm socket. Either use this with a 12V/GND 2-pin header, or snip it off, strip the ends and do your own thing.
We also stock a smaller-but-equally-as-noisy 30mm version and a 40mm option if you need something compact.
