[Pre-order] GT-80 Case
GT-80 Case
It has been a year since the release of the Tofu60 Redux case, and we have received an abundance of positive feedback from our users. Following the launch of the Wooting 80HE by the Wooting team, an increasing number of users have inquired about a compatible case. In response to this demand, our team is excited to introduce a unique new case that meets the needs of our community. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for all your invaluable feedback.
Ball-catch structure
The benefit of the ball-catch structure in a keyboard is that it allows gamers to more easily change the internal configuration of the keyboard.
Silicone Bumpers
The purpose of inserting silicone bumpers into the keyboard case frame is to provide cushioning and reduce vibrations, which helps to minimize noise and protect the keyboard from impact.
Two options for brass modules included
1-Not supporting straps, designed for those who prefer a clean appearance.
2-Brass strap buckle, designed for those who prefer a stylish look.
Â
Two choices for top case
1-With Metal badge.
2-Without Metal badge.
Centered USB Interface
The centrally positioned USB interface lends a sense of symmetry to the keyboard’s design, enhancing its overall aesthetic appeal and aligning with the aesthetic preferences of many users.
Friendly reminder:A JST cable will come with this case
Brass weight bar
Based on past experience, the GT-80 has been designed with a through-style brass weight bar.
The impact of a through-style brass weight bar in mechanical keyboards on sound is primarily reflected in the following aspects
Enhanced Tone
The acoustic properties of brass enhance the keyboard’s sound, making keystrokes fuller and crisper, thereby improving the overall user experience.
Resonance Control
The brass weight bar helps manage internal resonance, reducing unwanted noise and ensuring that each keystroke produces a purer sound.
Echo Reduction
Due to the density and weight of copper, the through-style design effectively minimizes echo during typing, providing cleaner auditory feedback.
Improved Feel
The added weight increases the keyboard’s overall stability, resulting in a more consistent sound with each keystroke and enhancing the typing experience for users.
